Rodney joined the H. Pearce Company in November 2005. Being a licensed REALTOR® since 2005, Rodney has focused on identifying target markets, initiating contact with prospects, and developing business relations.  Rodney has succeeded in accomplishing marketing goals for clients by launching comprehensive marketing, advertising and branding plans.  He works closely with his clients, helping them to understand the commercial market by providing comprehensive and timely market statistics.

Residing in New Haven County for most of his life, Rodney attended local schools. His main interests were engineering and acting. Rodney received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
