Paul joined the ranks of the H. Pearce Company in 1996 with 23 years of sales and marketing experience. Being a licensed REALTOR® since 1992, Paul quickly achieved and maintained top producing sales agent. In 1995, Paul met all the requirements to achieve his broker designation, and became a licensed broker. Paul has enjoyed being a member of the Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Greater Meriden Chamber of Commerce for many years, as well as being a life member of the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 6 and an active officer and life member of AMVETS Post 83. More recently, Paul was voted in as a board member of the Quinnipiac River Watershed Association (QRWA) and a member of the Quinnipiac River Linear Trail.

Residing in New Haven County for most of his life, Paul attended local schools. His main interests were architectural and mechanical drafting. After four years of sea duty in the U.S. Navy and two years abroad, Paul continued with his engineering skills as an office machine technician and attended local college. He then co-founded MTC Office Supply in 1976, offering sales, service and office/design for businesses large and small. He was personally responsible for creating and directing its marketing department, business machine department and office furniture department. Paul now enjoys his long desired career in commercial and industrial real estate.
