Nick Saldanha
Commercial Associate
Nick has been a real estate professional for thirteen years, both in residential and commercial real estate. Prior to joining H. Pearce, he was a top producer at Beazley Company. He has also worked at ERA Real Estate and at First Choice Real Estate as a residential associate.
Nick has lived in North Haven for more than a decade and is a member of Saint Barnabas Church. He belongs to the financial board of the church and to the Knights of Columbus of North Haven. He enjoys spending time with his wife and eleven year old son. Saldanha says he chose to work with H. Pearce Real Estate Co. because it is “a local company with good family relations.” Nick has a Bachelor’s in Commerce and is currently studying to receive his MBA in Marketing from Post University.
