David P. Melillo

Dave joined the H. Pearce Company in February 1995. He has successfully represented numerous national, regional and local clients to become a member of the President's Club as a Top Producing Associate in the Industrial and Commercial Division. Prior to joining the Industrial and Commercial Division, Dave worked for twenty years in the banking industry in various positions including commercial real estate finance, workout and the management and sale of bank-owned real estate.
David has also been active in numerous community activities, including the Easter Seal Rehabilitation Center of Greater New Haven, Special Olympics, and North Haven Little League. David is a volunteer and former member of the Board of Directors and recently served as co-chairman of the Development Committee and the annual Connecticut Kids' Classic, which is the largest fundraiser for the Ronald McDonald House, a home away from home for families using the New Haven area hospitals.
