Craig Fuchs, CCIM

Vice President

Craig joined H. Pearce Company's Commercial Division in 1997. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Engineering, and an MBA in Finance. Prior to joining H. Pearce, he worked for more than eighteen years in Engineering and Information Systems.

Prior to being named manager of H. Pearce Company's Commercial Division in 1999, with offices in North Haven and Rocky Hill, Craig successfully closed millions of dollars in sales and lease transactions.

Craig has also earned the highly respected Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, issued by the CCIM Institute. The CCIM designation is awarded upon completion of a graduate-level curriculum in financial analysis, market analysis, decision analysis, and advanced techniques in marketing and leasing, as well as attainment of a level of qualifying experience. CCIMs form a business network encompassing 1,000 markets throughout the world. He is also professionally affiliated with the Greater New Haven Association of REALTORS®, Inc. and its Commercial Investment Division.

Craig's corporate experience, rigorous training, and management tenure qualify him to leverage the expertise of the Commercial Division to identify your needs, thoroughly analyze your options, and professionally manage your commercial real estate projects.

He serves his professional community as past President of the Connecticut CCIM Chapter, and contributes to humanitarian efforts as an active member (and past President) of the Branford LIONS Club. His current voluntary civic responsibilities include appointments to the Branford Economic Development Commission and the Branford Public Works Building Committee.
