Career opportunities within the Commericial division currently exist for Sales Associate positions.
While our primary geographic market is comprised of greater Hartford, greater New Haven, and east along the Shoreline to the Connecticut River, we service virtually the entire spectrum of the property type market (industrial, office, investment, retail, multi-family, and land). Territories and property-types are not assigned or protected; Sales Associates are free to specialize as they see fit.
Position
Commercial real estate brokerage is primarily an entrepreneurial endeavor. Sales Associates will create, negotiate, manage, and add value to business-critical transactions. Commercial real estate brokerage affords great opportunity for success to those self-starters with the ambition, focus, and commitment to "build a business within the business."
