The Buyer, Michael Sheehy of Wallingford, is in the process of redesigning and retrofitting the interior of the building. A portion of the space, which has direct frontage on South Colony Road, will be transformed into leasable retail/office space and the balance of the facility will be marketed as industrial space. The location is adjacent to the western end of the predominantly commercial area of Center Street, as well as being just steps from Wallingford’s commuter rail train station. Chris Nolan represented both the Seller and Buyer in this transaction. The Seller, BAH Properties LLC, was legally represented by Attorney Anthony J. Elia, Jr. of North Haven, while the Buyer’s counsel was Attorney Vincent McManus of Wallingford. The sale price was $210,000.
