Total Quality Corporation, the leading provider of x-ray inspection services to the food industry, is moving its corporate headquarters to 320 Soundview Rd, Guilford (see attached photo), a 14,400 sq. ft. single story industrial facility. In addition to their four current locations across the U.S., they will be opening new warehouse facilities in Canada, which will provide them with greater and more convenient access to more parts of North America.

Total Quality Corporation's state-of-the-art, high resolution x-ray systems have been utilized by virtually every food manufacturer to resolve thousands of contamination problems and save millions of dollars annually in re-claimed product. The company plans to expand their services to the health/personal care and pharmaceutical industries. Total Quality’s technology can handle individual and cased products in virtually any type of container including, but not limited to, cans, jars, pouches, and plastic, as well as raw material, and can detect such objects as metal, glass, stone, bone and even some plastics.

Chris Nolan and Craig Fuchs of H. Pearce Commercial represented both the seller, Colonial Colour Inc, and buyer, 320 Soundview LLC in the transaction, which was in excess of $575,000. Legal counsel to the Seller was Doug Skalka of Neubert, Pepe & Monteith PC, and the buyer was counseled by Gary Sklaver of Licari, Walsh & Sklaver LLC, both of New Haven.
