Pearce Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce that Rich Guralnick, CCIM and Joel Galvin, GRI have completed a new office lease at 20 Grand Avenue [King’s Block Building] in New Haven. Second Wind Media/Business New Haven will be occupying the entire first floor (2,000 sf) of this historic building fronting the Quinnipiac River. Both the owner of the property, Carol Cheney of Cheney & Company- a creative marketing and communications firm which occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors- and Mitchell Young, Publisher of Second Wind Media (SWM), were very pleased with the prospects of possible synergies between their companies. Occupancy of the space by SWM is scheduled for March 1, 2011.
