Branford (March 2011) – H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce that Richard Guralnick, CCIM, has participated in the sale of 16 Business Park Drive in Branford, a 30,000sf light industrial facility on two acres. The transaction took place at the New Haven law offices of Stuart Margolis who, along with Mr. Guralnick, represented GMA, LLC the owners of the property. The property was the former headquarters for GravyMaster, Inc. before the sale of the business to Richardson Brands Company of Canajoharie, NY. Kevin Geenty, SIOR and William Clark of The Geenty Group Realtors represented the buyers, 16 Business Park, LLC.
