New Haven (March 2011) – H. Pearce Commercial Group has brokered a 10,598 square foot lease of industrial warehouse and distribution space at 105 Hamilton Street, New Haven, representing the landlord, Lubil Realty, LLC, as well as the tenant, Walsh Construction/PCL Joint Venture II in the transaction. The property is located at the base of Exit 2 of Interstate 91, and affords immediate access and exposure to the Interstate. Walsh Construction is the preferred and lead contractor for the construction of the new Pearl Harbor Memorial Bridge, which will eventually replace the present, outdated bridge section of Interstate 95 that spans New Haven Harbor. The space will be used as a warehouse in which construction material for the lengthy project will be stored. Rich Guralnick and Chris Nolan of H. Pearce Company were the exclusive leasing associates in the multi-year transaction.
