Galvin of Pearce Commercial Leases Office Space to UNH

West Haven (July 2011) – H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce that Joel Galvin, GRI, CCS has leased an additional 2,450sf of office space to the University of New Haven at 600 Saw Mill Road in West Haven. Galvin previously leased 10,000sf to UNH in the same building. Galvin represented the landlord and Robert Adnopoz of Colliers, Dow and Condon represented UNH.
