NORTH HAVEN, CT - H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate has announced that ABCON Environmental has purchased a 10,000 square foot light industrial building at 203 Wallace Street, New Haven, as its corporate headquarters. The move was necessitated due to the City of New Haven purchasing property on River Street for a redevelopment project.

For the past seven years, the company has provided the New England area with its asbestos elimination service. Occupancy is expected in February 2005.

Kevin Smith, of H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate, exclusively represented the seller, Mar-Lou Realty, while Mike Richetelli, of Colonial Properties, represented the buyer. The transaction value was $325,000.
