The landlord built this two building, 17,000 sq. ft. industrial facility on spec.  Galvin began as exclusive representative since it was vacant.  Galvin had now successfully leased out all 15 units in the complex during a time of dramatically falling volume of industrial leases.  Galvin credits his knowledge of the shoreline commercial real estate market and his aggressive salesmanship in completing this project.
