Meriden (July 2009) -- Dave Melillo recently sold a 16,315 sq. ft. office building to 87 Colony Street, LLC.  The office space located at 87 Colony Street in Meriden will be used by Luchs Consulting Engineers, LLC, and De Carlo & Doll Architects/Engineers as their new corporate headquarters.

Dave Melillo represented the buyer, 87 Colony Street, LLC, while Carl Berman of OR&L represented the seller, the United States Postal Service.

North Haven (July 2009) -- Dave Melillo assisted the MBS Corporation in leasing 4,000 sq. ft. of flex space in Taft Park, located at 355 Sackett Point Road in North Haven.  MBS Corporation will use the space as their corporate headquarters for their Re-Bath, LLC franchise.

Dave Melillo was the sole broker.
