New Haven, CT - Richard Guralnick, CCIM has completed a long term lease transaction on behalf of his client St. Raphael’s Dialysis Center Partnership - a joint venture between New Haven’s St. Raphael’s Healthcare Systems, Inc and Fresenius Medical Care, NA a German based corporation and leading world-wide provider of dialysis services and products. The new “state of the art” 13,000 SF dialysis center will be located on the former Melbus Club site at 137 Water Street (corner of Olive St.). The site was purchased December 16, 2007 by Phoenix Development who will construct and lease back the building to St. Raphael’s. Charlotte Goldblatt, CCIM and a partner in Phoenix Development was instrumental in purchasing the property and with Richard Guralnick, CCIM of H. Pearce Commercial helped structure the lease deal on behalf of the St. Raphael’s Partnership.
