Company represented the tenant, AMSplus inc.,
in the 2,500 SF lease for 121 West Main Street,
Milford. Scott Zakos, Partner of Vidal/Wettenstein,
LLC, was the exclusive broker. Amsplus inc.
is a medical billing and management solutions
company that based out of Massachusetts. Zakos
said “the building will still remain 100%
occupied.” AMS will occupy the space immediately
as they will take over the space formerly
occupied by Impliant Ltd. Other tenants include
a computer software company, insurance, and
other service oriented businesses. The building
is a total of 12,150 SF located in the center
of Milford convenient to the train station,
court house, I-95 and the Merritt Parkway.
The owner of the building is 121 West Main
Street, and is pleased the building is full
with the amount of office vacancy in the area.
The terms of the lease transaction were not
disclosed.
