Chris Nolan and Dave Melillo of H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate in North Haven recently brokered the sale of the industrial property at 22 Barnes Road South in Wallingford to Barnes Road Realty.

The approximately 65,000-square-foot space will be used by Barnes Road Realty as its warehouse, distribution and office facility. The building is located on 11.63 acres in the Barnes Industrial Park. The sale of the property commanded a price in excess of $2.2 million.
