BERLIN, CT - JART, LLC purchased a 12,000sf building on 33 Massirio Drive in Berlin, CT. The building will be the new home for Letter Concepts. Letter Concepts was formed in 1989 and provides non-profit organizations direct mail fund raising packages. They are currently located in Wallingford, CT and will be moving into their new location in May/June of 2006.
