H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate recently brokered leases totaling 3,700 square feet of office and retail space at 140 Washington Ave. in North Haven.

Vin Scarpitti of H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate represented the owner, EJC Enterprises, in completing four leases to bring the building's occupancy to 100 percent. He also represented tenant A&S Insurance in the transaction. Ron DeGennaro of DePodesta Real Estate Co. represented two of the new tenants, 1st Affordable Mortgage and General Drafting and Design. Rob Ennis of Ennis Realty represented the fourth, All Nation Satellite.
