NORTH HAVEN, CT - H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce David Lubner sold the property at 550 East Main Street, Branford, Unit #31. The property was originally a lease with the option to buy and the tenant leased it for a year and then bought it.

This was for an 840 square feet condo on the second floor (walk up) at "Branford Business Center"- Gabriel Cusanelli, a lawyer, rented the premises with an option to purchase within a year. He exercised his option and purchased the space for $69,000 as agreed.
