NORTH HAVEN, CT - H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate has announced that Sophia and Buu-dinh Nguyen have purchased a 1,428 square foot retail building at

284 East Main Street in Branford. The building will be utilized as a Vietnamese restaurant to be called Auberge d’Asie, which will open in May. Sale value for the transaction was $285,000.
